• Check in is from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you will be arriving outside of this time frame, please call to make arrangements.
• Check out is 11:00 am.
• This is a non-smoking establishment.
• We do not accomodate pets.
• Children age 6 and older are welcome.
• Our rooms are set up for double occupancy. If you have more than two people in your party, consider
  renting our Sweet Meadows suite.
• The hot tub is available for your use. In order to conserve energy, we keep the temperature low. Please let us know if you intend to use the tub and we will turn the heat up.
• The kitchen is not part of the common areas. However, there is a regfrigerator in the laundry area for our guests.
• White Tail Ridge is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than the 2-week (14 day) notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room, a full or partial refund will be made.
